The sentence, as the most important unit of language study, has always been of interest. Many sentences, in addition to their primary meaning, have hidden purposes that are revealed by examining the infrastructure of the texts. By examining the texts, the ideology governing the author's society is revealed. The objection sentence, which is considered a salient sentence; although it is not considered an essential element; but it affects the author's power in presenting the material. Objection sentences are sometimes so established in the narrative structure that their removal causes semantic damage to the sentence. Objection sentences are a widely used discourse style in technical texts of the seventh century. Objection is examined in Persian grammar, Islamic rhetoric, and the West. Then, by categorizing the salient functions of objection sentences, the purposes in the texts are examined and the rhetorical methods of their use are introduced. The results of the research show that these sentences have eleven highlighting functions in technical texts, which are: manifestation of concepts resulting from simulation in creating the space of the text; sequence of synonyms to emphasize the word; politeness and power; objective descriptions; moving images on the horizontal axis of emotion and imagination; praise and prayer based on seeking favor for the king; cursing injustice; ironic protests and reflections on ideological issues; making specific experiences tangible using allegory; addressive admonitions and good endings.
